Under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) a notice identifies the work and the rights holder, states your good-faith belief, and is sworn and signed. We pass the whole notice, with your name and email, to the seller so they can respond.

A person reviews it. Every report is read by someone on our team, never decided by a machine alone.
We tell you what we decided. If we act, the seller gets our reasons and can appeal. They never see your name or email, except where a copyright notice must be passed on.
