How fast do buyers get what they bought?
Usually in under a second after the payment confirms. License keys, files, accounts, Discord roles and Telegram access are delivered on their own, on the order page and by email. Each key goes to exactly one order and is never handed out twice.
Can one product come in different versions or plans?
Yes. Give a product options, such as Standard and Pro, monthly and yearly, or access for a set time, each with its own price, its own stock or keys and its own low-stock alert. Coupons can target a single option across all your products.
Which payment methods can I offer?
On your own accounts: Stripe (with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Klarna and the other methods you turn on), PayPal, Square, Razorpay, Paystack, Paddle, SumUp, Authorize.Net, NMI, Mollie, Shopify, crypto to your own wallet or through BTCPay Server, Cash App, manual payment instructions and your own methods as Lua plugins. Most open inside your checkout, so buyers never leave your store, and ShopFast takes no fee on them. Or ShopFast Pay: cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay with tax handled for you (by application).
What does ShopFast charge?
On your own payment setup ShopFast takes no fee per sale on any plan: only your provider’s fees apply, and the money goes straight to you. The plans are Free ($0), Starter ($14.99 a month) and Pro ($49.99 a month). Your first store gets Pro free for 15 days, with no card. With ShopFast Pay (on Starter or Pro) your plan sets the commission: 10% on Starter and 5% on Pro, plus $0.30 per order and 3% for card processing, tax and chargebacks. Your share is paid out in crypto, with a $1 fee per payout (none on Pro). Money → Fees & billing always shows the fees that apply to your store.
I sell on SellAuth, Sellhub or Shoppy today. How hard is it to migrate?
Open Settings → Import and pick your platform. Paste a SellAuth or Shoppy API key, or drop in the files you exported. ShopFast checks everything against your store and shows you what comes over before anything is added: products with their images and options, keys, customers, coupons, reviews and past orders. Then it imports in the background, and you can undo it in one click. Your MyVouches vouches can come over as reviews too.
How do you stop fraud and chargebacks?
Fraud Shield checks every checkout against your blocklists, VPN and proxy detection, disposable emails, velocity limits and your own rules. Risky orders can be blocked, asked for an email code or 3D Secure, or held for review. Disputes get an evidence pack built from the delivery log.
Can I show whether my software is working right now?
Yes. Status pages come built in, with labels like Live, Updating, Maintenance and Down. Link a component to a product and its label shows on the product page and its cards, in an embeddable widget and as a badge, and buyers can subscribe to changes by email or Discord.
Does it work with Discord?
Connect your server once. Buyers get their role the moment they pay and lose it on a refund or a lost chargeback, or when their membership ends. The ShopFast bot adds /buy and /redeem for buyers and /lookup, /restock and /push-invoice for your staff.
When do I get paid?
With ShopFast Pay on the standard schedule, each sale is held for 7 days and then paid out on Friday once you have at least $25 available, or whenever you press Withdraw. Payouts go to your crypto wallet in USDT, USDC, BTC, LTC or ETH. We review each one and send it by hand, and you get the transaction link. On your own gateways the money goes straight to your account and never sits with us.
