Komerza is built for the same sellers ShopFast is: people selling license keys, files, accounts and Discord access. How does Discord delivery compare?

Both grant roles when an order is paid. Komerza can use its own bot or your Discord app, sets roles per variant and can take them away after a refund or chargeback. ShopFast grants the role on payment and removes it on a refund, a lost chargeback or when a membership ends, and its bot adds commands for buyers (/buy, /redeem) and for your staff (/lookup, /restock, /push-invoice).

Is a custom domain free on ShopFast?

Yes. Every store can use its own domain or its yourname.shopfa.st address at no charge.

Can I take crypto without a processor on ShopFast?

Yes. Add an xpub or an address in Money → Payments → Crypto and buyers pay BTC, LTC, ETH, USDC or USDT straight to your wallet, with no ShopFast fee.

Does ShopFast have a mobile app?

The dashboard installs as an app on your phone’s home screen and sends push notifications for sales. There is no App Store or Play Store app.
