Changelog

New features, improvements and fixes across ShopFast. Breaking API changes are announced here and by email at least 30 days ahead; v1 only ever gains fields.

Email that comes back in: replies, forwarding, Cash App and PayPal

Buyers answer your support emails and the reply lands in the ticket, your own inbox can open tickets, sellers answer ShopFast support by email, and Cash App and PayPal Friends & Family payments confirm from forwarded emails.

  • newBuyers can reply to any support email from your store: the answer lands in their ticket, with the files they attach (screenshots pasted into the email too). Only the buyer who opened the ticket can write into it, and auto-replies stay out.
  • newForward your own support inbox to your store's address in Support → Settings → Email, and every email opens a ticket. A sender whose email provider vouches for them shows as verified.
  • newPayPal Friends & Family works with any PayPal account: forward PayPal's "You've got money" emails to your store's own address and orders are confirmed as they arrive. ShopFast takes only an email PayPal signed, sent to your PayPal email, with the order code and the exact amount. PayPal's notifications (Business accounts) still work, and a payment reported both ways counts once. Docs
  • newAnswer ShopFast support by email: reply to our email and it lands in your request, files included.
  • fixedCash App receipts forwarded to your store's address now reach ShopFast and confirm orders. Docs
  • fixedAn affiliate or wholesale sign-up with a mistyped or refused email address says so on the email field instead of failing, and so does adding an affiliate or reseller by hand.
  • fixedUploads and session recordings try again when storage has a brief hiccup, instead of stopping.
  • fixedOn iPhone, a store page that started loading in the background and was cut off loads normally when tapped.

Plans, a 15-day Pro trial, and products in your order

Free, Starter and Pro plans with a 15-day Pro trial and plan vouchers, billing you manage yourself, drag-and-drop product order, social links in every template, and a Themes page that is fast on phones.

  • newThree plans: Free (your yourname.shopfa.st address, 25 products, 50 paid orders a month), Starter at $14.99 a month (your own domain, 250 products, 1,000 orders a month, no "Powered by" badge, API, webhooks, plugins and theme code) and Pro at $49.99 a month (5 domains, unlimited products and orders, the lowest ShopFast Pay fees and free payouts). License keys, files, subscriptions, Discord roles and every other way to sell work on every plan. Docs
  • newEvery new seller gets 15 days of Pro, no card needed. Reminders come 3 days and 1 day before it ends; then the store moves to Free and nothing is deleted. Docs
  • newPlan vouchers: a code gives a plan free for some months, and a signup link can carry it (?voucher=). Redeemed during the trial, the free months start when it ends.
  • newBilling you manage: every plan change shows its price before you confirm, cards and payments go through Stripe's secure page, every payment emails a PDF receipt, and Manage plan changes the card, adds a backup card tried when the main one is declined, keeps your billing details and invoices, and cancels.
  • improvedA trial is never charged early: the saved card pays when the trial ends, and Pay now starts the paid plan at once (for ShopFast Pay, which needs one). Adding a card picks Starter, not Pro.
  • newDrag products into the order your store shows them, and categories can follow it ("Your product order"). Move to position… sends a product to any place, even on a page not loaded yet.
  • newSocial links in every template: add Discord, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, Reddit, WhatsApp, Twitch, Kick, Steam, GitHub, an email or any link once, in Settings → General or the editor's Social links tab. Paste a link or @handle and the platform is recognised, drag them into order, and show them in the header, the footer or both, as icons in your template's own look. ⌘K "Add social links" takes you there.
  • improvedThe Themes page opens fast and no longer lags or crashes phones: every template shows a picture, and renders live only when you open it.
  • improvedLumen 1.3: a leaner home page, four more styles (Abyss, Ember, Jade and Mono), and social links in the header, the phone menu and the footer.

Tables that sort, one clock, and a real code editor

Every table sorts from its headers, your store's time zone is the clock for everything, app traffic is credited to its app, and the code editor gains multiple cursors, Prettier and more.

  • improvedEvery table in the dashboard and Analytics sorts from its headers, across all pages rather than only the rows loaded, with the search and filters each was missing. On phones, a Sort by bar.
  • fixedYour store's time zone (Settings → General) is the clock for everything: "Sales today", charts, filters, exports, emails, notifications, payout dates and your theme's dates follow your store's day, never UTC.
  • improvedAnalytics → Traffic sources credits visits from the TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and YouTube apps to their app instead of "Direct", one source per platform.
  • improvedThe code editor works like a modern editor: multiple cursors and ⌘D, ⌘/ to comment Liquid, ⌥↑↓ to move lines, find and replace, ⌘P to go to a file, word wrap, indentation guides, and Prettier on ⇧⌥F that never changes what your theme shows.
  • improvedCheckout says why there is nothing to pay: a free trial, your discount, your gift card, or a free order.
  • improvedA new store's first product starts as the kind you said you sell at signup: a file, a membership, a service or a license key.
  • fixedDownload links agree everywhere: the receipt, the Download ready email and Telegram and Discord deliveries list every file, valid as long as the product says.
  • fixedDiscord roles: the product editor and checkout say buyers claim their role on their order page after paying, for every item that gives one.
  • fixedA buyer starting checkout twice on the same cart no longer sees "Something went wrong", and storefronts work again on iOS 16.0 to 16.3.
  • fixedThe Delivered keys list shows the whole masked key, a new collection's URL no longer says its own address is taken, and the dashboard no longer flashes white while it loads.

Your own checkout on a headless store

A headless site can now draw its own checkout page from the cart, send buyers to pay and get them back after paying, or open the embedded checkout with the very same cart.

  • newCheckout options for any cart: the ways to pay in your order with their price changes, the fields and questions you ask, the terms box, the EU withdrawal waiver, tips, the code fields and the totals, worked out for the buyer's country. Build your own checkout page from them and start it from your form. Docs
  • newBack to your site after paying: a cart's return and cancel pages bring buyers back from the payment step, with the order and its access token, from your own checkout and from the hosted one. Only sites you registered on a storefront key are accepted. Docs
  • improvedThe embedded checkout on a headless site opens your Storefront API cart, so discount codes, gift cards and the buyer's details carry over, and its success event carries the order's access token. A storefront key's allowed origins may open it. Docs
  • improvedThe Next.js starter has its own checkout page, and the hosted and embedded checkouts as options. Docs

MCP for every AI tool, headless commerce, and docs you can find your way in

Run your store from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or VS Code over MCP, let shopping agents buy from you, build your own storefront on the new Storefront API, and find any guide in the redesigned docs.

  • newThe ShopFast MCP server: connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code or any MCP client with one URL and sign in through the browser. 68 tools for products, stock and keys, orders and refunds, customers, discounts, analytics, support tickets, themes, payments (read only) and webhooks, plus resources and ready-made prompts. Docs
  • newAI stays safe: it never moves money out of your store or touches sign-in, refunds and deletes wait for your confirmation with a preview, every change takes a dry run and an idempotency key, and every call shows in Activity and the audit log as via MCP. AI is for the owner unless they turn on Use AI for a teammate. Docs
  • newShopping agents can buy from every store: your store's own MCP server searches your catalog with live stock, builds a cart with discount codes and hands the buyer to your checkout. Agents find it in your store's new llms.txt. Docs
  • newThe Storefront API: a public, versioned API for your own storefront, app or agent, with publishable and private storefront keys, CORS per site, edge caching with ETags and purge tags, carts, checkout handoff, buyer accounts and support. Docs
  • new@shopfast-sdk/client, a typed JavaScript SDK for browsers and servers, and a complete Next.js starter store that runs fully headless. Docs
  • newThe storefront.updated webhook tells your own site exactly what buyers can see differently, for instant revalidation. Docs
  • newSettings → Headless & MCP: your endpoints, one-click setup for AI tools, storefront keys, connected AI tools and every MCP call with its outcome.
  • improvedOAuth apps can register themselves and connect without a client secret (PKCE), and tokens can be bound to the MCP server. API keys and apps can now reach support tickets, store settings and the payment setup (read only). Docs
  • improvedEvery write made with an API key or OAuth token accepts an Idempotency-Key header: a retry returns the first answer instead of repeating the change. Docs
  • improvedThe docs are reorganized around what you came to do: Sell, Build, and AI and agents, with breadcrumbs, a table of contents on every guide (on phones too), search that forgives typos and groups results, and Copy as Markdown on every page. Docs

Aurum, Prism and Beacon, and pages that change with motion

Three new templates, each with its own motion from the first headline to the checkout, and page changes a template can choose: rise, depth or wipe.

  • newNew template, Aurum: amber on warm black with gold hairlines a slow light runs along, big headlines that rise out of a mask, a live status ledger, a featured pick, numbered collections, a delivery path, a plan picker that slides a gold slab, and the three-step checkout in Aurum's look. Ember and Platinum styles.
  • newNew template, Prism: cyan glass on deep blue-black with edges that turn slowly through the spectrum, a headline that comes into focus beside a 3D deck of key cards, a price board by plan length whose light slides to the tab you pick, and the three-step checkout in Prism's glass. Ultraviolet, Frost and Clear styles.
  • newNew template, Beacon: a live operations board in signal red on graphite. Your store's real status opens the home page with a pulse line and status rows that flip in like a departures board, then a ticker of store facts, plan windows with what a day costs, numbers that count up and a delivery line that draws across. Volt, Ice and Paper styles.
  • newTemplates choose how one page gives way to the next: rise lifts the new page in, depth settles it through a soft blur, wipe draws it down over the old one. Only the page changes; the header and footer stay put, and with Reduce motion on the page simply changes.
  • improvedBuyer accounts and sign-in change only their own part, in every template: asking for a code, entering it and moving between account tabs no longer reload the page, Back and Forward work, and a tab that takes a moment shows a placeholder in the exact shape of that page, so nothing jumps when it arrives.
  • improvedAn order opened from the buyer account stays in the account: the menu stays beside it with Orders marked, and All orders leads back to the list. The order page from the receipt email is unchanged.
  • fixedThe Support tickets card in buyer accounts sits in the account column with the other cards, in every template, instead of running under the menu. Orders still delivering no longer show an empty card.
  • fixedCheckout, the payment step, order pages and buyer accounts show the buyer's email address instead of "[email protected]" on stores behind Cloudflare.

Lumen, a three-step checkout and discounts by way of paying

A new template with a ribbon of light behind its headline, a checkout every template can dress, three animated steps, and a lower price for the way of paying you pick.

  • newNew template, Lumen: a floating glass header, a big two-tone headline over a ribbon of light that flows, features with your games sliding past, plan tabs (Try it, 1 week, 1 month, Lifetime) over product cards with mono prices, product pages with plans as cards, reviews as quote cards and features in numbered columns, in four styles.
  • newTemplates can dress your checkout: a three-step animated checkout (your details, payment, delivered) with a step bar, the summary beside your details and each way to pay as a card with its own price, and your buyer account in the same cards and motion. Lumen has it on; turn it on or off in Theme settings, Account pages.
  • newA template's own checkout stylesheet (assets/checkout.css) styles checkout, the payment step, the order page and accounts. It is checked like custom CSS: it can change the look, never the words buyers read or anything that loads.
  • newDiscounts by way of paying: take 2 to 30% off when buyers pay with crypto, PayPal, bank transfer or any way you offer, in Payments, Checkout rules. Checkout shows "Save 5%" and the price on that option, the total follows the choice, and the discount is taken before tax.
  • improvedThe pay with crypto discount in Chargeback shield and the new one never add up: the larger applies.
  • improvedPaying by card on your own Stripe keys stays on your store and now offers every way to pay you turned on in Stripe, with Apple Pay and Google Pay buttons on top, in your template's colors. Ways to pay that open your bank's page bring the buyer back to the order.
  • improvedThe theme editor's Checkout and Order pages show the real checkout in your template's look, and the template library previews Checkout too.
  • improvedLumen 1.1: card pictures sit in a tilted window that stands up on hover, plan tabs slide one highlight, questions open and close smoothly, and steps, lines, pins and your numbers play once the first time they come into view.
  • improvedTemplates can play art once when it scrolls into view and count numbers up (data-sf-inview and data-sf-count). Only what starts below the screen waits, so nothing is ever hidden at rest.
  • fixedIn a template with the three-step checkout, moving between account pages or from sign-in to the code changes only that part: the header, menu and footer stay put. Its checkout always opens as a page, and Lumen's product pages show one reading line instead of two.

Move your store to ShopFast, reviews included

Bring a whole SellAuth store over with one API key, your MyVouches vouches as reviews of your store, and an import anyone can follow.

  • newMove from SellAuth with your API key: products with their images, clean descriptions and options, keys for each option, customers with their consent and balance, coupons, quantity deals, categories, checkout questions, fraud lists, affiliates, policy pages, past orders, reviews, and your store's logo and links. Docs
  • newBring your MyVouches vouches over as reviews of your store. A link to your store on your MyVouches profile shows the vouches are yours. Docs
  • newImported reviews show on your reviews page, the home page review sections and product pages, each marked with where it came from, in the template update you choose to apply. Only reviews from orders in your store are marked verified.
  • newImport reviews, right on the Reviews page.
  • improvedThe import is three plain steps: bring your data in, see what comes over (checked for you, nothing is written yet), then import. Undo a whole import in one click. Docs
  • improvedWhat cannot move by itself, like payment methods, your domain or subscriptions, is listed after the import reads your data, with what to set up instead.
  • improvedA store with no products is offered "Moving from another platform?" next to adding its first product, and ⌘K finds the import, and every page, by the words you would use.
  • improvedEach store can start 3 imports a day, and imports wait their turn so each one runs at full speed. You see your place in line while you wait.
  • improvedEvery store shows Powered by ShopFast as a small linked badge with the ShopFast mark. The footer's Show Powered by ShopFast setting still turns it off.
  • fixedWhen an import cannot read your data, it says why under the form, with what to do next.
  • newGift cards as a way to pay: buyers buy a Binance or Steam gift card (or one you add) on Eneba or G2A and send you its code. You redeem it and accept the order, and only then is it delivered. Docs
  • newEach gift card has its picture, its values, your instructions and Buy on Eneba and Buy on G2A buttons for the exact value. Purchase links are checked: only real Eneba and G2A pages are accepted. Docs
  • securityGift card codes are encrypted, shown only to teammates who can confirm payments, logged each time they are viewed, never put in an email, and accepted only once across ShopFast.
  • fixedOrders → All lists orders waiting for payment (bank transfer and other manual methods, Cash App, PayPal Friends & Family, crypto to your wallet) with your other orders, counted in the All tab and found by the search, the filters and the payment reference.
  • newOpen an order waiting for payment to see the buyer, the cart and the reference, then mark it paid or close it with a reason the buyer reads in their email.
  • newWaiting for payment and Payment to review alerts: in your notifications bell, as a push and by email, once per order. Turn each on or off in Settings → Notifications.
  • newBuyers who pay on their own get an email with how to pay and a link to their order, a reminder before it closes, and an email when it closes unpaid or you close it. Edit or turn off each one in Settings → Emails.
  • newEvery paid order gets a proper invoice: the receipt email carries the PDF, the order page has it, every refund gets a credit note, and business buyers add their company and VAT number at checkout. Docs
  • newMoney → Invoices: your invoices and credit notes, ShopFast's invoices to you and monthly statements, as PDF and CSV, a ZIP of any period for your accountant, and UBL e-invoices. Docs
  • newInvoice settings: your legal details, numbering, logo, footer note, language and paper size, with a preview before you save. Docs
  • improvedEvery email ShopFast sends has a new look: one calm layout with a small picture for what it is about, one clear button, and a plain-text version. Your store's emails carry your logo and colour; ShopFast's own carry the ShopFast logo.
  • improvedEmails read well in Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook and Yahoo, on phones and in dark mode, and still make sense with images turned off.
  • newTax per product: e-books sell at each country's reduced e-book rate and exempt products carry no tax, once ShopFast checks the product (with ShopFast Pay). Orders that mix rates show each line's rate, and the invoice has one tax row per rate. Docs
  • newRefer sellers: share your link and earn 20% of the fees ShopFast collects from every store you bring, for 12 months. Each month is added to your balance after a 30-day hold and paid out with your payouts. Docs
  • improvedThe Powered by ShopFast badge in your footer carries your referral link, so stores opened through your store count as yours. Docs
  • newGroup a product's features into categories, or paste a whole list at once. Every template shows a card per category with how many features it has, and long ones open with Show all, in the template update you choose to apply.
  • improvedEach option's description shows under its name in the plan picker on the product page, in every template, and in product cards that list options.
  • newEdit your status page in the theme editor: open Status page to set its width and spacing and add sections around it, or restyle it in the code editor, in the template update you choose to apply.
  • fixedOn Bevel and Verge the status page lines up with the header instead of running edge to edge.
  • newThe Categories menu in your header shows the products of the category under the pointer, with picture and price, beside its subcategories, with Shop all and Search in links. Choose how many in the header's Categories menu block, in the template update you choose to apply.
  • fixedProduct pictures are sharp on the first visit in every store, with no update needed: cards that crop a wide picture now load it wide enough, and product gallery thumbnails load at the size templates show them.
  • improvedDiscord roles on a product: pick your server and the roles from its list, with their colours, instead of copying ids. Not connected yet? Connect Discord right there in its own window, and your unsaved product stays open.
  • improvedRoles the ShopFast bot cannot give, like one above the ShopFast role, are flagged with how to fix it in Discord.
  • fixedFree orders check out again: a free product or option, a 100% discount, a gift card or store credit that covers the order, or pay what you want at zero completes with no payment step and delivers right away, instead of stopping at the card and offering to pay $0.00 another way.
  • fixedA free order reads as Free in your orders, on the customer's page and on the receipt, and its timeline says there was nothing to pay, instead of "Store credit via Stripe". An order a gift card or store credit paid in full says that instead.
  • fixedPasted Discord server and role ids are no longer cut short, so roles typed by hand save again, and a short id says what is wrong as you type.
  • fixedWhen a product changed while you were editing it, saving no longer seems to do nothing. A notice on the save bar says who saved it and when, or that sales changed its stock, and lets you get the latest version or keep your changes. Edits that do not overlap are kept either way.
  • improvedDiscord roles are claimed after paying: checkout no longer asks buyers for their Discord user ID. The order page and the receipt offer Claim your Discord role, which connects Discord and adds the role right away. The claim stays open for a day, each order's role goes to one Discord account, and a refund still takes it back.
  • fixedClaiming a Discord role now joins the buyer to your server with the role in one step, and says why in plain words when Discord will not. The claim shows on the order page opened from the buyer's account too, and opening an order link a second time no longer shows a broken page.
  • improvedConnecting Discord offers to give the ShopFast bot full access (Administrator), so buyers join and get roles with no permission changes. Already connected? Settings, Discord, then Give the bot full access.
  • newSell roles in more than one Discord server: add more servers in Settings, Discord, and pick each product's roles from any of them. Switch your main server or disconnect one whenever you like.
  • improvedWhen a Discord server goes away (the bot is removed or the server is deleted), ShopFast disconnects it by itself, tells you, and shows which products still give its roles. Buyers see a plain message instead of a claim that cannot work.
  • improvedDisconnecting a Discord server, dismissing it, or a server going away never deletes anything: connect the same server again and its roles, the products that give them and buyers still waiting for a role pick up where they left off.
  • newNew template, Bevel: cut corners, wide capitals and one electric blue, with a rotating deck of your products, collection tabs, a sticky buy panel with plan rows, and a moving background (embers, or at night bats, fog and ghosts where buyers click) drawn in your style's colors. Pick it in Storefront → Themes; no store changes until you do.
  • improvedBevel and Verge: the quantity box on product pages has − and + buttons around a number you can type, sized for fingers, within your order limits and stock. Apply the template update to get it.
  • newNew template, Verge: green on near-black with rounded glass panels, a headline with one word on a highlighter, collection tiles with starting prices, a catalog with chips, search and sort, fanned step cards and drifting fog. Pick it in Storefront → Themes.
  • improvedNew stores start on the Bevel template. Stores you already have keep their own theme, and every other template is one click away in Storefront → Themes.
  • improvedThe template studio shows every template as sellers will see it: a live thumbnail on each card, and on its page the home page, a product page or the catalog at desktop or phone size, the version in review included. Templates are listed in the same order as in the Template gallery.
  • improvedSupport messages show up in your dashboard, not only by email. A new ticket or a buyer's reply, from your store, an order page, the contact widget, email or Discord, lands in your Inbox and the bell with a link straight to it, and Orders → Support counts the tickets you have not read yet. Opening or answering a ticket clears it. Only teammates who can see support get these.
  • newPush notifications for new support tickets, on by default for everyone who can see support. Turn it off in Settings → Notifications.
  • improvedThe tabs under each section show their own counts, so you can tell what the number on Orders is made of.

A simpler Add product, a new editor and ShopFast Pay limits

Adding a product is five plain steps, descriptions use a Notion-style editor, and ShopFast Pay limits grow with your clean sales.

  • improvedAdd a product in five plain steps, with a What's left checklist. Free and pay-what-you-want prices sit under More settings, and nothing was taken away.
  • newA Notion-style editor for product descriptions: type / for headings, lists, tables, images and videos, drag blocks to reorder, and select text to format it. What you see is what buyers see.
  • improvedThe after-purchase message and key and service instructions use the same editor.
  • improvedShopFast Pay limits are set from your application and raised by themselves after a few days of clean sales. For more, open a ticket in ShopFast's Discord.
  • newThe ShopFast blog, with guides and side-by-side comparisons. Docs
  • newJoin ShopFast's Discord straight from the homepage.
  • fixedProduct pages render again on stores whose template was installed before a newer template part existed.

Get paid your way, and trust and safety

Eighteen gateways on your own accounts that buyers pay without leaving your store, a Money section with Payments inside it, rich product descriptions, and the reports, policies and checks a store platform needs.

  • newBuyers pay without leaving your store: Stripe, PayPal, Square, Razorpay, Paystack, Paddle, SumUp and Authorize.Net open in a window over your checkout. Providers that offer no embeddable form still open their own page. Docs
  • improvedStripe checkout shows every payment method you turned on in Stripe, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Klarna, WeChat Pay and Amazon Pay. Add your publishable key to keep buyers in your store. Docs
  • improvedMoney → Payments starts with who takes your buyers' payments, your own gateways or ShopFast Pay, as a switch that is always there. When ShopFast Pay is not available for your store, connecting a gateway switches checkout to it for you. Docs
  • newRich product descriptions in every template, in the template update you choose to apply: headings, images, tables, checklists, code, quotes and YouTube or Vimeo videos, with a new editor (toolbar, image upload, table editing, paste from Docs or Word, and a live preview).
  • newProduct cards you can build in every template: 25 parts (price per day, delivery, stock, features, buy buttons, custom text and more), rows, corners on the image, layouts and styles, and ready-made designs. Drag parts on the page or in the layers list, or move them with the keyboard. Each template's own card stays as it was until you change it. Docs
  • improvedCalmer hover effects in every template: cards and tiles no longer lift or glow.
  • newNebula: stars that rise like outer space, with a Star motion setting (still, drift up or deep space). Buyers who ask for less motion see still stars.
  • fixedThe PayPal Friends & Family page shows the PayPal address to send to (it could appear hidden), with copy buttons for the address, the amount and the note.
  • newConnect your own payment accounts: Stripe, PayPal (with your app, or just your email), Square, Shopify, Paddle, Mollie, SumUp, Authorize.Net, NMI, Razorpay, Paystack, NOWPayments, Cryptomus, Heleket, Skinloop, Cash App and PayPal Friends & Family. Buyers pay you directly and ShopFast takes no fee. Docs
  • newEvery gateway connects in one panel: numbered steps with drawings of the provider's screens, the exact values to copy, and checks with the provider before anything is saved. Docs
  • newShopify checkout through your own Shopify app, with a one-click approval on Shopify. Docs
  • newCash App and PayPal Friends & Family with order codes: buyers write a short code in the note, and ShopFast confirms the payment on its own (Cash App through your forwarded receipts, PayPal through its notifications). Docs
  • improvedMoney is one place: Balance & payouts, Payments (ways to pay, checkout rules, refunds), Financials, and Fees & billing. Old Settings links still work. Docs
  • newShopFast Elements: put checkout inside your own website, piece by piece (product, cart, email, payment, coupon, consent, pay button, buy and cart buttons), in your own layout and brand, with events for every step. Try every element and a test purchase in the playground. Docs
  • newGet paid: the complete guide. Every step of getting paid with a screenshot, every gateway's setup, checkout rules, refunds and your money, and what to do when a payment does not arrive. Docs
  • securityA payment counts only when the provider confirms it for the exact total in the exact currency. Payments on cancelled checkouts are held for you, a second payment never makes a second order, and chargebacks and reversals mark the order disputed. Docs
  • newReport a store or product at shopfa.st/report, including copyright notices. A person reviews every report, and sellers get a statement of reasons with how to appeal. Docs
  • newEU and UK buyers confirm immediate delivery of digital goods before paying, and get the confirmation by email.
  • newCheckout shows who the seller is (legal name, address and registration) before the buyer pays.
  • newNew Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Copyright and Takedown Policy, and a Data Processing Addendum. Docs
  • securitySign-up and checkout follow international sanctions rules.
  • newstatus.shopfa.st, a ShopFast Discord server, and support tickets you can follow live.
  • securityNew members of ShopFast's Discord verify their account before the server opens, which keeps raids and spam accounts out. Linking Discord in the dashboard counts as verifying.
  • securityPartner and Developer in ShopFast's Discord are given by the team, and Seller by ShopFast to linked sellers: nobody can pick them for themselves any more.

Ask AI, and a faster, cleaner dashboard

An assistant on every page, a dashboard in eight sections, and typing that never waits.

  • newAsk AI: an assistant on every dashboard page that answers from ShopFast's docs and your store's data, and prepares changes you review and apply. Risky changes ask each time.
  • newEvery store starts with 50 free AI prompts; AI credits pay for the rest.
  • improvedThe theme editor's AI is a conversation, with history and images.
  • improvedThe dashboard is organised in eight sections, with Apps on its own and Settings at the foot.
  • improvedTyping never lags, even on slow computers, in the theme editor and every dashboard field.
  • improvedTheme editor: double-click any text a template prints to edit it, and add sections between any two.
  • newReal product pictures in the demo store and templates, a store logo when you create a store, and a store details card on Home.
  • improvedAdd keys to a product option from its row, and delete any unsold key on its own.
  • securityMoney features wait for a confirmed email, and one email address holds one seller account.
  • fixedDropdown lists are readable on Windows, in the dashboard, admin, store pages, embeds and every template.

Categories, apps and template updates

Nested product categories, 24 new apps, template updates you choose, and a faster dashboard at any store size.

  • newNested product categories with logos: a category tree in the dashboard, category menus, pages and breadcrumbs in every template, and a search filter.
  • new24 new built-in apps, with a redesigned apps directory.
  • newTemplate releases: templates are versioned, you choose when to update, and nothing changes your store on its own.

Store-implicit routes and store guides

Shorter store paths for keys and tokens, an undo window, one product status, and guides for the store itself.

  • newStore-implicit routes: a key or OAuth token belongs to one store, so every store endpoint also answers at /v1/store/… with no store id. Sessions keep /v1/stores/{storeId}/…. Docs
  • newQueued refunds, product updates and bulk deletes of products and discounts: each waits 10 seconds (the dashboard's undo window) and answers with a pending action. Docs
  • newGET /v1/store/products/{productId}/status: one status per product, from your badge or a linked status page component, with the open incident's title as its note. Docs
  • improvedSitemaps are an index of child files split by product id, and the Google and Meta feeds stream a page at a time, with ETags, for catalogs of any size. Docs
  • newGuides for running a store: Get started and the test sale, Fraud Shield and “Why held?”, storefront search, product status and auto-pause. Docs

Developer platform

Sandboxed Lua plugins, OAuth apps, request logs and a new docs portal.

  • newLua plugins: payment methods, delivery, checkout rules and webhook transformers, each in its own sandbox with instruction, CPU, memory and wall-clock limits. Docs
  • newPlugin workbench in the dashboard: live sandbox linting, fixtures with HTTP mocks, versions, roll back and permission approval. Docs
  • newOAuth 2.1 apps with PKCE (S256), exact redirect URIs, scoped access tokens and rotating refresh tokens. Docs
  • newAPI key request logs and usage graphs, filterable by key, status and method. Docs
  • newPer-key IP allowlists (IPv4 and IPv6 CIDR). Docs
  • newEvent explorer: browse events, inspect the signed body and send any event again. GET /webhooks/events is reachable with webhooks:read. Docs
  • newEmbed generator with layouts, button labels, accent colors, allowed sites and a shopfast:checkout event. Docs
  • newshopfast CLI skeleton: login, products, orders, events --follow and listen --forward-to. Docs

API keys and OpenAPI

Scoped keys and a generated OpenAPI 3.1 document.

  • newScoped API keys per area and level, store-bound, acting as the teammate who created them. Docs

  • newRFC 9457 problem documents for every error, with field paths. Docs
