Move your store from SellAuth, Sellhub, Shoppy, Sellix or Billgang
Move products with their images and durations, unsold keys, customers with their consent, coupons, reviews, order history and your store's branding to ShopFast. See everything before it is added, and undo it in one click.
Moving stores should not cost you your catalog, your buyers or your reputation. ShopFast reads what your old platform gives out, shows you exactly what will come over before anything is written, and keeps the whole import as one batch you can undo.
To migrate, open Settings → Import → Move your store (or type “migrate” or your old platform’s name in the dashboard’s ⌘K search) and pick where you are coming from. A new store with no products also sees Moving from another platform? on Home.
What comes across
| From your old platform | In ShopFast |
|---|---|
| Products (one per duration, like “Ironveil Pro - 7 Days”) | One product with options: 1 Day, 7 Days, 30 Days, Lifetime |
| Products with options, images and descriptions | The same options and prices; images in your store’s media; descriptions as clean text, never raw HTML |
| Serials, keys and other text deliverables | Keys in each option’s pool, sealed on arrival. Sold or used keys are skipped |
| A message listed over and over as “stock” | One product that sends that message to every buyer, with the same stock |
| Customers | Customers. Opted in to marketing → subscribed (with the consent noted); everyone else gets order emails only. Balance → store credit |
| Coupons and quantity deals | Discount codes (percentages, fixed amounts, limits, expiry, products) and quantity deals |
| Categories, checkout questions, blacklist, affiliates, legal pages | Categories, checkout questions, Fraud Shield lists, affiliates, policy pages |
| Feedback | Reviews, marked as coming from your old platform and never as verified purchases |
| Shop logo, favicon, description, social links | Your store’s branding, only where yours is still empty |
| Orders / invoices | Order history for analytics and customer profiles. No money moves and nothing is delivered again |
Only paid orders come across (pending, expired and cancelled ones are left out, and the import says how many).
Some things cannot move by themselves: payment methods (their keys and wallets stay with your old platform), your custom domain, subscriptions and downloadable files. After the import reads your data it lists them, with what to set up instead.
1. Bring your data in
| Platform | API key | Or upload |
|---|---|---|
| SellAuth | Yes: Settings → API | Products, Deliverables, Customers, Coupons, Invoices → Export |
| Shoppy | Yes: Settings → API keys | Products, Stock, Orders, Coupons → Export |
| Sellhub | No | Products, Stock, Customers, Coupons, Invoices → Export |
| Sellix | Only if your key still answers (Sellix closed down) | Products, Serials, Customers, Coupons, Invoices → Export |
| Billgang | Only if the API still answers | Products, Stock, Customers, Coupons, Orders → Export |
Your API key is used once to read your data and never saved. Files can be CSV or JSON, up to 4 MB each; split larger exports. ShopFast works out what each file holds; if it needs you to match a column, the file says so and shows the first lines.
2. See what comes over
There is nothing to run: as soon as your data is in, ShopFast checks it against your store and writes nothing. You see:
- what is new: “5 new products”, “76 new keys”, “54 new customers”, with what is already in your store (kept as it is) and durations combined into options;
- anything to fix before importing, and lines that will be left out, with the reason;
- every change one by one, under See every change.
Products that already exist (same URL handle or name) are kept as they are; their keys and orders attach to them.
Before you import you can choose to add products hidden, as drafts, to combine durations into options, and to bring past orders.
3. Import, and undo if you need to
Press Import. It runs in the background with progress per kind, and you can leave the page. Each store can start 3 imports a day, and imports wait their turn so each one runs at full speed; you see your place in line. If it stops, Try again continues from where it stopped. Undo this import removes everything it added. Keys sold since, coupons already used and customers who placed new orders stay, and the undo says so.
Bring your MyVouches reviews
Every vouch on your MyVouches profile can become a review of your store. Add your store link (for example
https://your-store.shopfa.st) to your MyVouches profile’s custom links, then open Reviews → Import reviews →
MyVouches (or Settings → Import → MyVouches) and type your profile name. The link shows the vouches are yours; you
can remove it after the import. Importing again skips vouches already in.
Tips
- Add products as drafts to look everything over before it sells.
- Turn off combining durations if your “- 7 Days” products really are different products.
- After the import, connect your domain, set up your payment methods, then post an update to owners from Catalog → Updates so your buyers know where you moved.
