Selling on ShopFast

Set up a store, get paid, deliver instantly and keep buyers happy: the path from an empty store to your first payout.

ShopFast runs your storefront, checkout, delivery and payments. This page is the short path from sign-up to your first payout. Each step links to the page that covers it in depth.

1. Add what you sell

Open Products → Add product and pick a type: license keys and serials, files, memberships, Discord roles, services or bundles. Many stores sell keys with durations (1 Day, 7 Days, 30 Days, Lifetime): add them as options of one product, each with its own price and its own key pool, and keys are delivered the moment the payment confirms.

2. Choose how you get paid

Open Money → Payments. You have two ways to get paid, and you can set up both:

ShopFast Pay Your own gateway
Who collects ShopFast, as merchant of record Your Stripe, PayPal, BTCPay Server, crypto wallet, manual methods or a Lua plugin
ShopFast’s fee per sale Your plan’s commission and fixed fee per order, plus the merchant of record fee for card processing, tax and chargebacks (today’s rates) None. Your provider’s own fees only
Sales tax and VAT Collected and remitted by ShopFast Yours to handle
Chargebacks Handled with the processor through ShopFast Your processor’s rules
When you are paid In crypto to your wallet, weekly or when you press Withdraw (payouts) By your gateway, on its schedule
Needs An approved application (unless ShopFast Pay is open to all) A connected account

Your own gateways also act as a fallback: if ShopFast Pay is ever paused for your store, checkout moves to them.

Step by step, with a screenshot of every screen: Get paid: the complete guide.

3. Shape checkout

  • Storefront → Checkout: the fields you ask for, consent, trust badges, and Cart and checkout: separate steps, or one page (the cart page opens the checkout, which lists the cart with quantity steppers above the payment form; the cart drawer stays).
  • Money → Payments → Checkout rules: the order buyers see ways to pay in, and per-method rules by buyer country and order total. The preview shows what a buyer in a given country, paying a given amount, sees.
  • Order limits by payment method, in the same view: cards up to an amount, crypto from an amount, and a card limit on first orders. See order limits.
  • Product → Auto-renew: buyers of subscriptions and duration keys tick one box at checkout and their card is charged every period, with retries on a declined card. See auto-renew.
  • Security & Fraud: Fraud Shield checks every checkout, including embedded ones and buy buttons.

4. Try it end to end

Get started → Simulate first sale runs one test order through checkout, delivery and your balance in a few seconds. See Get started and your test sale.

Turn on Test mode in Money → Payments for 1, 24 or 72 hours. Every checkout then runs on simulated payments and is recorded as a test order: keys are TEST- placeholders and nothing is paid out. Test mode turns itself off.

5. Sell beyond your store

Put a product card, a buy button or the whole checkout on your own site with embeds. The embedded checkout opens in a modal on your page and tells your page when the buyer paid.

6. After the sale

  • Payouts: your crypto wallet, the hold, the weekly run and Withdraw, minimums, reserves and how to reconcile.
  • Buyer protection: refunds, problem reports and chargebacks.
  • Taxes: what ShopFast remits and what you report.
  • Invoices and receipts: the invoice every buyer gets, credit notes, ShopFast’s invoices to you and exports.
