Payouts apply to sales made through ShopFast Pay. With your own gateway, your gateway pays you on its own schedule.

[Get paid: checkout and money](https://shopfa.st/docs/selling/get-paid/checkout-and-money#balance--payouts).

ShopFast Pay pays you in crypto. Each payout goes to your payout wallet, weekly or when you press **Withdraw**, and is
reviewed and sent by hand. Your plan's payout fee comes out of each payout; some plans have none (see
[pricing](https://shopfa.st/pricing#fees)).

## Your payout wallet

In **Balance & payouts**, choose **Set up payouts**, pick a coin and network and paste your wallet address:

- stablecoins: USDT on Tron, BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum or Solana; USDC on Base, Polygon or Solana;
- or BTC, LTC or ETH.

It is a plain address. ShopFast never asks for your keys. The address is checked for that network before it is saved,
and changing it sends you a security alert. Stablecoins keep their value between the request and the transfer.

Setting or changing the wallet asks the person doing it, whoever on your team that is, to confirm it is them: the code
from their authenticator app when they have two-factor sign-in on (a recovery code works too), otherwise a 6-digit code
emailed to them. The email shows the full new address, and its code works for that address only, for 10 minutes.
Turn on two-factor in **Profile & security**.

## From sale to wallet

| Stage | Balance | What happens |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Paid | Pending | Your share of the order is recorded in the ledger at the moment the payment confirms. |
| Hold ends | Available | After the hold period, your share moves to available, minus the rolling reserve if your store has one. |
| Reserve ends | Available | The reserved part is released when its reserve period ends. |
| Payout request | Paid out | The weekly run, or your **Withdraw**, takes the amount out of your available balance at once. ShopFast reviews it and sends it, minus the payout fee, to your payout wallet. |

**Balance & payouts** shows what is withdrawable now and what is not yet (clearing, high-risk hold, reserve,
chargeback holds), and every payout with where it went and its status: requested (waiting for ShopFast's review),
sending, paid or not sent. A paid payout has its transaction hash with a link to the block explorer. One that is not
sent comes with the reason, and its money and fee go back to your available balance.

## Schedule and minimum

ShopFast sets the hold period, the schedule (daily, weekly on a set weekday, or monthly; runs start at 09:00 UTC) and
the payout minimum. The standard settings hold each sale for 7 days and run weekly on Friday, with a $25 minimum. A
run skips stores whose available balance is below the minimum or does not cover the payout fee; the money stays
available for the next run. Your current settings are on **Money → Fees & billing**.

Payments Fraud Shield rates high risk are held 14 days longer before they can be withdrawn.

Money only goes out once the store owner has confirmed their email address and set up a payout wallet. A store
without a wallet is told, and is paid on the first run after it sets one up.

## Withdraw

Press **Withdraw** on **Balance & payouts** any time to ask for a payout without waiting for the run: all of your
withdrawable balance or part of it, at least the payout minimum and more than the payout fee. The dialog shows the
fee and exactly what arrives where. One payout request can be open at a time; the weekly run pays the rest once it is
done.

## Refunds and disputes

- A refund takes the seller share back from pending first, then available, then reserve, in proportion to what was
refunded (tax and fees are reversed pro rata).
- An open chargeback freezes the seller share of that order in a dispute hold until it is decided. Won: the money
returns to available. Lost: it is reversed like a refund. See [buyer protection](https://shopfa.st/docs/selling/buyer-protection).

## Holds and manual payouts

ShopFast can **hold payouts** for a store (for example while reviewing disputes). Sales keep settling to the balance,
but no payout goes out until the hold is released. You see the hold and its reason in **Money → Payments**.

ShopFast can also send a **manual payout** outside the schedule and minimum, with a recorded reason. Both are in
ShopFast's audit log.

## If ShopFast Pay stops for your store

When ShopFast Pay is disabled or paused for your store, new orders go through your own gateways, and the money ShopFast
already holds keeps clearing and paying out on the normal schedule until it reaches zero.

## Reconciling

**Financials** has your statements per period (sales, refunds, fees, payouts) built from the ledger, each with checks
that it ties out, and a payout reconciliation that lists the orders in every payout. Export them as CSV for your
accountant. Every ledger journal balances to zero, so pending + available + reserve + dispute hold is always exactly
what ShopFast owes you.
